Before and After School Programs

Avon Maitland District School Board values the partnerships it has with the Before and After School Program providers that support our most valuable resource – our students. Greater integration between schools and Before and After School Programs are a key part of the province of Ontario’s vision for a responsive, high-quality system that contributes to the healthy development of children.

Beginning each school year, the Avon Maitland District School Board uses a series of viability process checks to determine the need for Before and After School Programs for Kindergarten to Grade 6 students and shares this information with program providers. These important viability checks begin with our newest students and their parents/guardians at the Calling All Three-Year-Olds registration events each Fall.

Please complete the Before and After School Survey, by clicking the button, below. The deadline to complete the survey is December 6th, 2024.
